CRT Disaster!!!

From MK to Epcot is pretty quick, just hop on the monorail.

I'm looking forward to Le Cellier, especially after looking at the menu.

I have to disagree with the "pretty quick" assessment. The Epcot monorail ride itself is about 20 minutes, but there is so much more involved in getting to Le Cellier from the MK. First you have to wait and ride the MK monorail to the Epcot monorail (about 5-10 minutes), then you have to wait for the Epoct monorail (another 5-10 minutes), then the Epcot ride (20 minutes) then you need to get into Epcot and make your way back to Canada (15-20 minutes). So, you're looking at a minium of 40 minutes if everything goes perfect and a lot more if it does not.

Sorry, I should have elaborated on my definition of "pretty quick". When I'm at Disney, I consider 40 minutes to be pretty quick.

I would agree with the break in the day from MK. If you are planning on staying thru the EMH at night, the monorail ride to Epcot and then dinner might be a welcomed change. Then the monorail back to MK in time to get in a couple of attractions and then the fireworks, etc. Then... off for more rides till they boot ya out of the park.

Geez... I'm sooo ready to go.... the countdown is in the TEENS!!!!

40 minutes isn't too bad, and we get to ride the monorail which is cool...and a nice relaxer from walking around all day.

I can't wait either...I think mine's pretty close to the teens now too!!

I don't think you'll have trouble getting a ressie for 2. But good luck anyway!

GREAT AMAZING AWESOME NEWS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I called during my lunch today to make a back up for Le Cellier, and after I did that I asked about CRT....

THEY HAD A CANCELLATION AND I WAS ABLE TO GET A PS FOR 9:35 PM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't care that it's so late, or that we will probably miss Wishes that night, but I HAVE A TABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Also, Le Cellier only had 4 openings (4-4:20 and 8:40-9) for dinner, I have one now for 8:40 that night (6/1) that I'm going to cancel...if ANYONE needs it, let me know and I'll let you know when I call!

oh so you CAN see it from inside?! The CM on the phone thought that I couldn't...but she's never eaten there she said so she wasn't sure.

I've never eaten in there either, but I know the it's on the back side of the castle with all the windows, so who knows... maybe you will see some of the flashes, but I wouldn't imagine you'd be able to see much. Maybe you someone who has eaten in there will post and let you know for sure.

Oh, and if you haven't seen the pictures of some of the CRT food... it looks yummy!

I don't know for sure. Maybe you can start another thread with the question. I would think you could see something since the fireworks are set off behind the castle and you'll be looking that way.
