CRT Dinner

Thank you for starting this thread. We will be taking DD for her 6th birthday, and I starting to get nervous.

It's really simply and at only $15.00 totally worth it. You can call 407-827-2253 or email magickingdomcakes@disney.com. I simply sent an email and received a reply within a day and emailed back to place the order. So simply and it's just added to your bill. You can check our the Official Cake Thread HERE for pictures and if you have any more questions that I can't answer.

Thank you so much!! I can do $15 lol! That's not bad at all!

We absolutely loved it! My friend and I went for lunch and had the most beautiful time! Food was fab, service brilliant and the charater interactions good fun :)

People like to spread the negative of anything - it's a lot harder to find positive reviews because people don't generally get home from a vacation and go on and on about the great meals that they have at CRT or Chef Mickey's, etc. It's much easier to blast the restaurant for a subpar meal, bad waiter, long waits, etc.

We enjoyed CRT when we ate there and I've got another ADR for October and I plan to eat there twice on my trip with my daughter (one of which will be my birthday meal).

I really want a dinner ADR for here for our trip. My little girl would LOVE it, and, you know I would like to go INSIDE the castle, so....
Thanks for the positives!

I've worked in hospitality for a large part of my life and it's so true. People are quick to complain and tear things apart. But when everything is spot on, they don't even take notice. I mean in a way it's good because everything went so smooth but it's also a shame that a lot of guests don't take notice when they receive good to very good service.
It seems only the absolutely outstanding or the bad gets mentioned.
And even I, who used to hate reading all the mean trip advisor comments about the restaurant I worked at, sometimes have to remind myself to spread the positive reviews.

And as a server, there's nothing like reading positive feedback - bar maybe a good tip ;)

(crt really is hit or miss)
Our first trip to CRT for dinner:
-good service, amazing food, good princesses we were there during Wishes but unforntunately were around that little corner so we couldn't see ANYTHING, but only one person in our party was mad about that lol.
-My Mom's first trip I took her for her birthday dinner there, we had AMAZING SERVICE (shout out to Betsey!) the food was delicious, and the princesses were great.
-Last year one of my friends was moving back home from Florida and we booked into CRT for dinner her last night. We had a resso during Wishes, and thought nothing of it because of previous experiences. Magically, we were seated RIGHT beside the window! It was SUCH a magical experience to be watching Wishes right from that window on Abby's last night that it didn't really matter how the rest of the night went because our wishing stars were making wishes, there was so much emotion it remains as one of our favorite memories of living down there. Our service was okay, I mean, the food got out to us and we got refills on our drinks, but nothing to write home about lol. The food quality that day was on point, everything was super delicious and we loved the entire experience.

Oh wow!! I would love to experience that at least once! My LO's wouldn't be able to wait for dinner that late yet but I will have to book that in the future!!

It was definitely incredible! Especially because it was all my chance, we'll never forget the moment, there were definitely tears!

I've had dinner there 4 times and I'll be doing it again in September. Love that place so much! They used to have a prime rib that was really good but they got rid of it :( The steak and shrimp is really good too though. I've always had great food and character experiences along with great service. I hope you love it like I do!

We went to CRT twice for dinner and each time the food was just ok and over priced, but my daughter loved meeting the princess and eating in the castle. On our latest trip our server was excellent in trying to find food choices for a picky 4 year old. Both times we didn't feel rushed with the interactions like we did at Chef Mickey. I think we got scallops or a seafood dish that was a little fishy but the first time we got the steak and again it was okay.
