I just booked CRT for dinner, and it came out to $218.70 :scared1: for 2 adults and 4 kids (one kid is 3 months though). Is it worth it??? What exactly are we getting? I know my dd4 would love it, but I just want to make sure that we are getting what we pay for!

Also, how does meeting the characters work? And what characters can we expect? And how is the food?

We did dinner at CRT last February and had a blast! It is so special being inside the castle, getting the pictures with Cinderella, seeing the Fairy Godmother sing etc etc.! I just loved it!
Yes, it's expensive, but wow what an experience!
When it comes to the food, well, I'll tell you our experience.
I had the pasta dish and LOVED it! For my app I had the spring rolls and they were amazing. I was very happy with my meal.
My mom and DH had the prime rib and they said it was ok. Not the best Prime Rib they've ever had but good. They liked the side that went with it. My mom also had the spring rolls and loved them too.
My DD(4 then) had the kids fish entree and didn't eat much of it. The pilaf was a little "weird" and smelled funny too. They gave my DD (9months then) a bowl of buttered pasta and they both cleaned the bowl.
I would absolutely do dinner again.
This time we're doing lunch because my DD specifically wanted more Princesses and I wanted to do Coral Reef VS Akershush on our Epcot day.
Stick with it, I really don't think you'll regret it!
Have a great time!

DH and I ate there on our honeymoon and had a lovely dinner. Granted, we didn't have kids with us so I can't tell you about that part of the experience, but for the two of us, it was great!
Meeting Cinderella and celebrating with the Fairy Godmother was a lot of fun, and we were very impressed with our food. I had the salad for my app and DH had the spring rolls, both were excellent. Then DH had the salmon and I had the lam shanks. They were fabulous! Dessert wasn't to die for, but it was good.
We are going back on our trip next year we had such a good time!

Hope you have the same experience!

We went - couple - no children and really enjoyed it. The children around us seemed to like it too. The atmosphere was so special. We enjoyed the food - the menu has changed a little since we were there not too much. Maybe a little pricey for what you get, but I still think worth it. The pictures were nice too! Don't have buyers remorse ... enjoy the experience. Have fun! :thumbsup2

Dinner is not like a "traditional" character meal where different characters go to each table for pictures and autographs. Breakfast and lunch are. For dinner you get your picture taken with Cinderella and then during the meal it's a show with the Fairy Godmother.

My DD6 wanted to see more princesses so I made the ADR for breakfast.

Hope you have a wonderful time! :goodvibes

they charged for the 3 month old?

I thought dinner was good, but if you're looking for character interaction, I worry you'll be disappointed. For dinner, you meet Cinderella in the lobby before dinner and then while you eat, there's a show with the Fairy Godmother and mice, but they don't come to your table or do pictures. My kids liked the little show (it's a song, basically).
