CRT Dinner changes

I haven't been following this board very closely in the last few weeks so I apologize for asking something that has probably been covered a thousand times in the last few weeks.

I know that the prices are going up on Feb. 1st and that CRT is changing to Signature Dining. Is anyone aware if there will be any menu changes for dinner prior to Feb. 1st?

I'm very excited...I called last night and was able to get CRT dinner on January 27th...my birthday!!!!

We at at CRT for dinner last week and the menu was the same as in August. There were some minor changes, but I think that is was just seasonal changes.

I recently made ADR's for our February trip and asked the CM if she knew what was going to be on the menu and she said no menu information was available to her yet. I enjoy dining in the castle but I wish I knew if the menu was changing since it is moving to a fixed price meal. You would think if they knew the price they could tell you the choices they are offering!

Information about pricing is more widely available than information about the menu, same as with most restaurants. I recall reading some messages here on the DIS about the new menu (I especially remember discussions about the new dinner menu), so I recommend you check the archives for those discussions -- they would have been over the last month or so.
