CRT Dinner... 2nd Floor How to?

Hi..

We have a 4th Birthday dinner celebration for my twins planned at CRT, but I am a little concerned about the location... 2nd floor...? I have some mobility issues de to a bad back and stairs are often difficult awkward for me.

Does anyone know if there is another way to get to the 2nd floor for dinner.. .elevator? We I need to ask a CM for an escort?
