I made my ressie for crt and I am on the ddp [which she asked when I called]. They already charged my credit card the full amount. They have always taken my card # before but never charged it because of the ddp. Is this a new policy or did the cm screw up?

I'd call back. We were on the dining plan (basic) this past July and they took my CC# to hold the reservation but told me that my card would not be charged unless I was a no show. This was true for CRT, Hoop de Doo and Spirit of Aloha. The only thing I can think of that might be making a difference could be the change in the ADR system that is going on right now but....

Like I said before... if it were me, I would call Disney Dining and ask.

Thanks, I thought that it was wrong. I just called back and they said that it was a mistake. They will be refunding me and just keeping the cc# as a hold.

They also charged my CC for my CRT ressie, even though I am on the DDP. I was told they'd have to send an email for the refund, so it could be a while (been 3 weeks since I asked!) I am thinking of calling back soon, or I figure it will get fixed when I get there.

She told me if i didn't see a refund in 5 days to call back. I would call if I were you.
