I'm having second thoughts about our trip. We have ADRs for CRT Thursday morning. Is it 48 hours exactly (which would be about an hour from now)? Do they charge the full amount or just $10 per person?

They charge the full amount. I'm pretty sure they're strict on the 48 hour thing, too.

It is the full amount and they are VERY strict. I went down to the concierge at the GF at 10am and 1pm was my 48 hour mark and they tried to tell me that I was responsible for paying because that entire day would be 48 hrs. I argued with them that 48 hours is 48 hours, not 51 hours and not 2 full days prior. Finally they relented and cancelled without penalty, but they are strict.

Thanks for the replies. We ended up going. I guess I understand the cancellation policy...certainly wouldn't want to hold a reservation and cause some poor little girl to miss out. On the other hand, it's not as though that table would sit empty.

Every time we go, I say never again. It's so stressful trying to get the reservation. Now that my DD is 10, we pay for 4 adults. That's a lot of money for french toast and a bowl of fruit. Cinderella barely looked at my daughter. The photographer was abrupt. The stairs were so crowded we got separated on the way up. The hostess at the top seemed annoyed to have to wait 30 seconds for my DH to catch up. It was all very much like an assembly line. Sign books as fast as possible, kiss, kiss, moving along now. Our server was great, though. It was my daughter's 10th birthday. They brought out a cute little cake for her and even brought one for my older DD.
