Thanks for the replies. We ended up going. I guess I understand the cancellation policy...certainly wouldn't want to hold a reservation and cause some poor little girl to miss out. On the other hand, it's not as though that table would sit empty.
Every time we go, I say never again. It's so stressful trying to get the reservation. Now that my DD is 10, we pay for 4 adults. That's a lot of money for french toast and a bowl of fruit. Cinderella barely looked at my daughter. The photographer was abrupt. The stairs were so crowded we got separated on the way up. The hostess at the top seemed annoyed to have to wait 30 seconds for my DH to catch up. It was all very much like an assembly line. Sign books as fast as possible, kiss, kiss, moving along now. Our server was great, though. It was my daughter's 10th birthday. They brought out a cute little cake for her and even brought one for my older DD.
