CRT cancellation policy?

We have a Make a Wish family that is going on a trip with very little notice...

CRT is booked, of course, but something the family really wants to do.

What is the cancellation policy? I know it is pre-paid. But what is the time period that I should start calling hourly to try to get it? Is it 7 days out? Or something different?

Does that make sense?

I am calling every day now and also trying online...but I am wondering what the magic day is that people may start canceling?
 
People cancel vacation reservations around 45 days before since that is when payment is due, so they would cancel the dining the same time.
 
we are already in the 45 day window...they are going in mid-July...July 17 - 23, but they are in the parks July 18, 19, 20th for the 3 days that MAW gives them.


But isn't there a 7 day cancel or something policy with the ones you pre-pay? Where you can get your money back...but only if you call a few days in advance? Otherwise you pay a fee or the whole thing or something?

No, sorry, but it's a 24 hour cancellation policy at CRT.
