CRT cancellation policy

Does anyone know how far in advance I need to cancel my CRT reservation so my credit card will not be charged? I will be travelling with 2 small children and if they are fussy we might not make it for our 8:00 dinner ressie. Can i call an hour before to cancel? Or is it a number of days?? Thanks. This board rocks!

I believe that you have a 24 or 48 hour window to cancel...

Also, your card is charged for the meal when you make the reservations!

Does anyone know if your card is charged upon reservation even if you're on the dining plan?

debit card was charged the next day for the full price. Hope this helps!

If you're on the dining plan let them know and they will not charge you upfront.
