Party consists of 4 adults and one little girl. She wants to eat in the castle on her 7th birthday...which do you recommend - breakfast or dinner?

They are on the dining plan and don't mind using two credits.

We ate there for dinner, mostly because we couldn't get breakfast. Breakfast/lunch has the princesses, Dinner only has Cinderella for the photo then the Fairy Godmother and the mice show up and have a little dance type thing. IF You can get it, I'd recommend breakfast or lunch and then dinner if needed. Dinner was good, but I would have rather seen the princesses.

We've eaten there for breakfast and loved it. A friend of mine ate at dinner and it wasn't as great. They didn't realize only the mice would show up and she didn't think the food was as good as the breakfast meal.
Since you're having a birthday girl, I think she would get more birthday recognition from the princesses because they're face characters and can talk. For dinner, you'll see Cinderella for the photo, but for the meal you'll only have the mice. Plus, you can start her birthday day right off at the castle--what better way to start your birthday!

I would recommend lunch. If that isn't an option, breakfast.

We love breakfast, the food is great and the princesses come to your table.
Want to add a little fun, order the slipper dessert. I ordered it for my girls on our last trip 9not a birthday, just because), it was delicious and beautiful. They will write Happy Birthday ******* on the plate in chocolate and it was only $12.

You can call 407-827-2253 to order it.

We are going for dinner. We had a breakfast ressie but I decided to switch. Since Cinderella is there (for pictures) for dinner, I would think it really wouldn't matter which you went to, since it's all in the castle. :cool1:

We've done breakfast this past Nov and my boys loved it. This June we'll be trying dinner.

I agree with everyone else, if you want to see the Princesses princess: , go for breakfast or lunch.

We enjoyed having breakfast at 8:15 am. Being in the park before it opens is just magical :wizard:

Does anyone know when they give the boys and girls wands and swords at dinner? Beginning of the meal or end of meal?

also. It's not listed as an option, but you may want to consider it. The princesses are there, I think the food is pretty good (The Major Domo is my personal favorite.) and it is usually easier to get than the breakfast.

We do it mainly because of the princesses and lunch fits our dining and touring schedule better.

beginning of meal

We did both breakfast and dinner last time and loved both, we are doing both again next week (our first morning and last evening). They are so different and eating in the castle is so special that it is worth it for us. Also it gives us the chance to get one family photo package and one just of DD with Cinderella.

Breakfast is the better one for a little girl IMHO if you are just going once. The princess interaction was good and the food was standard breakfast food. Also, the sweet little wishing ceremony with the wishing stars was fabulous.:wizard:

The dinner is completely different but no real interaction more of a mini-show. The food is not awful as people will say, it is actually quite good but the cost for food alone is not worth it as the food is basic dinner and the price definitely not. My DD loved the little ice-cream dessert with the chocolate crown, we also ordered a slipper dessert last time and they are stunning.

:thumbsup2
I really enjoyed the whole experience.
