Hello- I need expert advice. I have an almost 3 year old DD and 6 month old. Is it too much to go to CRT breakfast on the 1st morning of our trip? Should I let my DD "warm up" a bit to the disney experience and go later in the trip?

I think it would be a wonderful way to start the trip -- especially if you can get an early-morning breakfast that allows you to enter the parks early.

We're doing something similar -- an early CP breakfast on the first morning of our trip. It's my kids' first visit, and I'm very excited about letting them enjoy their first sights of Disney with less of a crowd on that very first morning :)

Do you already have an ADR for the castle?

If not, I wouldn't worry about when you have the breakfast booked as much as actually booking the breakfast. The rest of it will take care of itself. I'm willing to bet that your girls will love the castle! princess:

enjoy!

When I took my brother and family a year ago July for their "first" Disney experience, we started off the vacation with EMH at MK and then about 10:15 breakfast at CRT. My SIL said there was absolutely no better way to start out the vacation. We had two kids, 8 and 11.

what better way to see the princess the first time then getting them up close and personal. You won't have to worry about trying to find them for photo-ops the rest of the vacation. I say do it!!

We have a 9;05 ADR at CRT next Saturday - the first day at WDW. I think it`s a great way to start our trip. :earsboy: :earsgirl: :earsgirl:

We had CRT our 1st day with our DD's 5 and then almost 3. It was the perfect way to get my DD 3 familiar with the characters. Being they are "human" it helped her to warm up to some of the fully costumed characters which she is usually afraid of. They also dressed as princesses which made it even more special for them and us as well! princess:
