CRT and special desserts

I would like to celebrate our 21st wedding anniversary at CRT for lunch.
Hoping to be able to do the character lunch.

Can I order a special dessert ? Cinderella white chocolate slipper with chocolate moose inside ? Any other special desserts offered ?

We got ours while staying Poly Concierge. They arranged it for us. But I found this thread so maybe it will help.
