CRT and payment....

If I have the ddp and call for my ADRs tomorrow morning, what am I going to have to have ready to be able to book two adults and two kids at CRT? I read you have to pay ahead on this one. what if I have the ddp but am planning to pay OOP for that meal? does that change anything?

If you will not be using your table service credits, you will be charged. They will ask you for your credit card to guarantee the reservation if using credits, and if not, they will charge the amount to your card.

Just your credit card! The card will be charged at the time of booking, so be prepared for that.

Can you use the DDE card at CRT? How do you use it? Do you prepay the full amount and then present the card on the day you dine? We won't have the card until we dine there.

I made an ADR this morning for CRT and was told they took the cc to hold the reservation, not charge for it now????

I made a ressies for crt about over a month ago. I did tell her that we be using the DDP. She asked for CC but never said anything about it being charged. As to date, It has not been charged. But not sure if i will be.

They only make you prepay on your CC if you aren't on the DDP. We went last year and I told the CM that we were on the DDP even though I intended to pay OP. When we got to CRT I just told our server that I wanted to pay cash instead and it wasn't a problem.
