CRT after fireworks

We have reservations at 9:25 pm with fireworks at 9 pm. I know the area is roped off during fireworks and we are not looking to view fireworks from inside/outside.

How do we check in and when can we expect to be seated. I read somewhere that they don’t allow people back until 9:45 pm? Someone said the area is blocked an hour and half before. I know they stop the carousel quite a while beforehand.

We were hoping we could check in at 9:05 (does the system allow 20 min early checkin for this location?). Will there be a mob of people who had reservations from 8:30-9:30 who will need to be seated delaying us further?

You should be able to check in early. It’s always a mob scene there, so that’s a given. I think checking in early is a smart idea. If access to the castle is blocked I’m sure they will leave access to the restaurant open for guests to check in.

The restaurant is in the back. I’d be sure to be in that area around the time you want to check in.

I just saw this video and they do have an impossible beef and pasta (gluten free, although we don't have wheat/celiac) dish. I'm sure our son would love that.
