I stayed here a few years ago. It is on South International Drive a short distance south of Seaworld.
The timeshare units are nice, but more like large hotel rooms than condos. The decorating is great. The units have a wonderful Key West feel to them, beautifully decorated in light yellow, blue and white. The one bedroom unit I had was quite small. It was hard to negotiate around the armoire in the living room to access the bedroom without bumping into it. The bathroom was standard hotel size with a standard size bathtub.
There was no washer and dryer in the unit, but there was a free one to share next to the elevators. As far as I can tell, none of the units (even the larger ones) have their own washer and dryer.
The bedroom overlooked the exterior walkway so there was not as much privacy as with some condos. The room and entire building seemed to be very well maintained and clean.
Although I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the place to others, I value a jetted bathtub and in room washer and dryer so I would not return if I could find a larger, more complete condo.
The timeshare units are affiliated with the Crowne Plaza hotel a bit further down the road.
The following information is off of RCI's website:
"Kingstown Reef at the Crowne Plaza is on International Drive, centrally located to Walt Disney World(R) parks, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, the Orange County Convention Center, Orlando International Airport, and Orlando Premium Outlets. Ten golf courses are within five miles of the resort. On site, enjoy three outdoor pools, two whirlpools, and a fitness center. Your unit has a private balcony with room service available 18 hours a day."
