Crowds

Going to WDW, Nov. 16 - 23. Does anyone know how crowds will be? I'm hoping since we'll be leaving before Thanksgiving maybe it will be light.

It might be "light" the first part of the tirp, but since your trip ends on Thanksgiving week, expect the crowds to pick up. But you should have a blast.

I'm going during this time too. Does everyone think that those that canceled and rescheduled due to the hurricanes will have already gone by then? Did they all reschedule for sometime in October?

I'm sure that people taking their rescheduled "hurricane vacations" will continue throughout the holidays and into 2005. Not everyone who was supposed to come during one of the storm weeks was able to reschedule right away for October. There's no way to gauge how those rescheduled trips will affect upcoming attendance numbers.

While I do not have the 2005 UG to WDW, an acquaintance provided the following info to me for my upcoming trip.

11/20 and 11/21
- Crowd condition: 2 (Very light)

11/22 and 11/23
- Crowd condition: 3 (Light)

11/24
- Crowd condition: 5 (Busy. Crowds affect major attractions)

11/25 and 11/26
- Crowd condition: 8 (Very crowded. Expect waits of 45-80 minutes for headliner and major attractions).

Having gone to WDW Thanksgiving Week on multiple occassions previously, the above info matches what I have experienced.

We are also going this time. We are going to use EE, do the UOG touring plan, take breaks, and whatever we don't get to do, we'll just do it first next time.
BTW, this is our rescheduled IVAN trip, and it appears that crowds are up, Resorts full till end of year. (what a CM told me)
Plan for the worst, go early, at opening, do fast passes, and do the UOG touring plan. and we should be fine!
Wear some lime green, and maybe we'll see each other, and trade notes......
