Crowds week of Jan 24-30

Hi,

We're doing a one day one park visit to Universal Studios. We did Islands of Adventure a couple of years ago, so now we want to see the new Potter stuff on the Universal side.

We're staying at Disney, so won't have any early access perks.

Any suggestions on which day of the week would be the best crowd wise? I see the park closes early on Tuesday (6pm). Not sure if that's due to light crowds, or a special event.

Also, do you happen to know how easy it is to be dropped off/picked up? Are there signs directing vehicles to a guest drop off area?

I am a URO newbie (first trip is that week) but I can tell you the Celebration of Harry Potter is the Friday and Saturday.

Thanks, didn't know about that. I think with the extra crowds I'll avoid those days.
