Crowds USF 1st week March

We are debating whIch day, Monday March 4 or Wednesday March 6 for 1 day USF. We are staying at Coronado Springs Resort so no Express Pass. Undercover tourist predict high crowds on 6th (red) but not on 4th (green). Are they accurate? Express passes are same price which would indicate same crowd level. Anyone have any better site which I could consult or would have an idea which date would be better?

Crowds that week will be moderate to busy. The Express Plus prices that week indicate higher crowds but nothing you can't manage. The best plan of action is to arrive prior to opening and plan to spend all day.
