Crowds two weeks before Christmas?

We were there this week 4 years ago, no crowds at all, but it was cold, and I mean cold I wore a leather coat under my winter coat, boots and gloves every night 30's days did warm up to the 50's but very windy.

So true! We are from MI but both December trips I have been very happy to have my winter coat and gloves on at Disney. It didnt stay that way all week but for 2 or 3 nights it was bone chilling cold! When it hit the high 50's we let Dd swim, the pool was pretty empty but she was dying to swim.
