I havent decided if im for sure going, because my idiot aunt tagged along, and my family hates her.:headache: (Dont Worry, we have our reasons:lmao: ) But IF we do go id like to be prepared for the crowds. I cant imagine it would be TO busy, but it is the halloween season, so who knows? Also, does anybody know if the Sunwheel is still open?:confused3

THanks :)

I am not there this weekend (although I wish I was!), but I read elsewhere that the Sun Wheel is open through tomorrow.

Also, from what I have heard, the parks are crowded, but to me that is part of the fun! DLR is about magic and excitement and to me, part of that magic is sharing it with others. I have been to the parks when it feels like no one else is there, and it loses something...

I say, go and enjoy whatever you can (even if it means dealing with a family member that you may not want to be with). A hot, busy and crowded day at DLR is typically better than a day spent most other places!

The Sun Wheel was still open yesterday. The crowds have apparently been more than expected. I heard many cast members make that comment. It was busy the past few days, but definately doable. It is Columbus Day weekend so I would guess tomorrow will remain busy.

I imagine it will be crowded. A lot schools in the area have Monday off so its a long weekend around here. I plan on going tomorrow though. I'm taking my parents since they haven't been on the Toy Story ride yet. If its too crowded we will just stay a while and head home.

I just got back and it was absolutely crazy on Friday night. We spent 6 hours in the park and managed to get 2 rides in. The lines were insane and the crowds were impossible to manage and get around.

...good luck.

I am going Sunday also. *start jedi mind trick* everyone will stay home, it will not be crowded tomorrow*

See all better now. Just follow Hydroguys tips and you will be fine. A crowded day at DLR is better then the best day at work!
