Crowds Today? (I know it's a Little Early!)

I'm really curious to hear how the crowds are today at the World. I figure today and this weekend are going to be pretty busy, but if it isn't too bad, it bodes well for me next week! --

I'll be landing in Orlando Monday May 9th!!!!! I can't wait! This is probably going to be the longest weekend of my life! LOL!

I just got back yesterday and thought the crowds were very manageable thru 5/4/05. I did notice quite a few people checking in on Wednesday PM at the Boardwalk, but the place was far from full. We were even able to check into our room at 8:00AM on Sunday, 5/1/05, in the exact location that I wanted.

We did see some tents set up for the Celebration at Epcot on Wednesday for media(we even got to see Paige Davis-ex of Trading Spaces there)but other than that, not much going on. Even late EMH at MK on Wednesday was not overly crowded, considering MGM closed at 4:00PM that day.

I was pleasantly surprised at the short lines we experienced from Sunday thru Wednesday. We only used Fast Pass once at Soarin' and discovered the Stand-by line was probably shorter! I'm sure crowds will be heavier over the weekend, but probably still very manageable, especially if you utilize EMH and fast passes.

I'm going Monday too. I just hope any Mother's Day traffic has gone home by then, otherwise I don't expect too bad of crowds.

Just got back!!!

We were at MK on the 3rd and the 4th..

I agree with Snoozan... there were NO lines!!!
Even with Wednesday being the EMH, we did see lots of Guests with their wrist-bands.... And I hear that Main Street was just JAMMED for Wishes... But, we had no problems whatsoever! Never needed a fast-pass. It was GREAT!

I just spent the day at EPCOT, and although it seemed a little busier than usual it was still manageable. Went to see the Greg Rollie band and had dinner also. The weather was magnificent!!!

YEAH!!! That's GREAT news about the crowds!!! I must admit . . . I was a little nervous!! We leave LGA at 6:30 AM 5/9!!!
