Crowds this coming week (March 11-18)

We'll be arriving in Disney Saturday (11th) and staying until the following Saturday (18th). I know this weekend will be bad because of the cheerleading competitions and whatnot, but are the crowds expected to stay that large the entire week? I'm hoping it wont be as bad as the normal Easter/spring break times already

We will be there, too!!! We went this same week last year---it was crowded, but not unbearable. And the weather looks like it will be WONDERFUL!!!!!

we've been getting phone calls today that our cheerleader friends from up north have been arriving in Orlando. their squad is not flying out until next tuesday. we're braving the crowds sat., sun, and mon. with them.

We'll be there - weather looks great and we're hoping the crowds will be bearable. We went for Spring Break last year and it wasn't bad, IMO - but it was a week earlier than it is for us this year (we were there March 5 - 10 last year). I still hold the theory that Spring Break is spread out enough across the country that the crowds are not as bad as other "holidays" (i.e. Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas). And there are many destinations for Spring Breakers other than Disney, so hopefully that will help. It does in my mind, anyway!
