to echo previous posters, the crowds were pretty heavy but the wait times weren't all that bad.

i was there june 11th through the 18th, and the longest i waited for ANYTHING was 20 minutes. here's the waitimes for rides i went on or remember the wait times for:
MK
WDW Railroad: 5 min
Pirates of the Caribbean: 5 min
Splash: 40 min (skipped that)
BTMRR: 40 min (didn't have a chance to go on that)
Jungle Cruise: 30 min (used a FastPass and walked on)
Tikki Room: 5 min or so
Country Bears: no wait
Hall of Presidents: no wait
Winnie the Pooh: about 8 to 10 min
Peter Pan: anywhere from 20 min during EMH to 70 min other times (used FastPass and walked on)
Small World: 60 minute wait at one point

; during EMH, walked on (looks AMAZING, btw -- queue part, dolls, sets, etc.-- so if you haven't seen it post-refurb, please do; you won't regret it)
Barnstormer: 3 or 4 minutes
Stitch's Great Escape: usually 20 min
Buzz: about 10 minutes towards the end of the day
Tomorrowland Transit Authority: Walked on
Carousel of Progress: Walked on
Epcot
Soarin: 60 to 80 minute waits; 40 to 60 minute waits during EMH (used FastPass and still had a 20 min wait)
Test Track: 60 min wait (used FastPass and had about 15 min wait)
Mission Space: 60 to 70 min wait
JIYI: walked on
Living Seas: 15 to 20 min wait to get in the hydrolatours
Living with the Land: 20 min
El Rio Del Tiemp: walked on
Maelstrom: 20 min
Universe of Energy: walked on
American Adventure (no wait, not including the time you wait to get in the theatre for the show as the current show ends)
Spaceship Earth: walked on
MGM
Tower of Terror: 40 to 60 min
RnRC: 60 min
Star Tours: 20 min
Great Movie Ride: anywhere from no wait to 30 min to 45 min (we waited 30 min during EMH)
Muppet Vision 3D: no wait
Backstage Tour: about 10 min
Animation: no wait
One Man's Dream film: no wait
LMAX: what a nightmare! hour wait for standby line, and by 12 only FastPasses left were for the last show at 6, i believe it was. even at 6, still had to wait in line almost 20 min and got stuck in a major downpour (and may i just say, sitting in Muppet Vision 3D's air conditioned theatre in sopping wet clothes is not something i recommend... it's a wonder i didn't get a major cold

)
Fantasmic: no wait for second show, just walked in 10 min before it started
AK
Safari: from 1pm on, only 5 to 10 min wait
Tarzan: no wait; let us in 30 min prior to showtime
Tough to be a Bug: no wait
biggest problem: finding a place to eat! every sit down place we went, from 50s Prime Time to Epcot restaurants had a 3 to 4 hour wait. Chefs de France wouldn't even let people in without an AR, and we got there at 6:30 (were told they were "full for the night"). that's never happened to us before in 6 previous trips (4 in the summer and one at Easter), and it left us eating a bunch of sandwiches and pizzas all vacation.

so i highly suggest you make reservations, if possible. even with them, i heard some people say they still waited 40 min to get seated. we couldn't do it because we never knew what time we'd get to the parks or finish certain shows or things (our top priority), but if you have a good idea of when you want to eat, save yourself a lot of trouble and make reservations! we finally got to eat dessert at Prime Time without much wait, but only because we were willing to sit at the soda fountain. otherwise we would've had to wait 4 hours.
