Crowds on Christmas Day?

Just out of pure curiosity, how were the crowds today? I know the rain might have played some havoc with crowd levels, but were the parks as crazy-busy as some people say they get on Christmas day?

We were on Main Street and Crystal Palace for breakfast yesterday morning - arrived about 7:45, and it was not too bad. Breakfast was 9:00, and by the time we were through the crowds were arriving. I was not feeling well, and we had my mom in a wheelchair, and it looked like the rains were coming, so we decided to head out.

It was difficult navigating the "wrong" way through the incoming crowds! By 10:30 all of the ECVs were gone. (I heard someone very upset with a CM). We headed to the ferry back to the TTC. There were exactly 4 people (three of them my party) headed away from the park, and the ferrys were running full loads from the TTC, and they queue waiting for the monorail & ferry were jammed packed with people.

Handicapped parking was full when we left, and they were already filling the Dopey lot, which is generally the lot we wind up in if we head over to the park later in the afternoon!

I can't attest to wait times, etc - as we did not go further than Crystal Palace (hadn't really planned on it!)
