I'm traveling to the World April 29 to May 3 and I was wondering what the crowds will be like?:confused3 I've heard it may not be busy but would love anyone and opinion from someone else

Thanks!:)

I wish I knew!
This will be our first trip in that time frame as well. I do know I had heard often that it was a quieter time to go. But I subscribe to Touring Plans and they are not predicting what I would call quiet:sad2:

If you go to Eeasywdw.com that site is predicting our week at mostly 5's which is a nice moderate level. Hopefully they are correct.

Compared to mid summer, Spring Break, Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc. it will be light.

There will still be crowds. You still need to arrive early to avoid long waits, but FP's aren't going to run out super quick. If you have a plan for just the first few attractions of the day you should be fine.

It's been 3 or 4 years since our last visit, but we went the end of April/early May and the parks weren't that crowded. School vacations should be over with by that time and the weather is gorgeous! The time before that was a Christmas Day visit, and I will NEVER do that again!!! We loved the April/May time frame so much we are going back 4/28 - 5/5, even though it means pulling our child out of school a week after he goes back from school vacation.

We will be there April 28-May 5 also. Have heard there are fairly light crowds. Compared to other times we have been I am sure it will be nothing. Previous trips Chrismas 98, 4th of July 07 and Memorial Day 10

End of April Start of May is the best time to go to Disney. The weather is warm enough to swim, The crowds are light(you never have to worry about killing each other to get FP) We went one year during Spring Break, never again, Went the end of Sept but the humidity was horrible. I will stick with April/May:thumbsup2

I agree that the crowds are lighter. That was the time frame of our first trip before DS got too old to pull out of school.

You'll love that time of year. Epcot looks great.
