Crowds last week of February/First week of March

I have never been at this time. Can anyone clue me in to the weather and the crowds during this time. We prefer cooler weather to hot, humid weather.

Most recently we have enjoyed going in January for the low crowds. How do the crowds compare?

Weather- It's a toss up. We went this past Feb. (the same time you are looking) and we wore everything from shorts and tank tops to jeans and hoodies. I would bring mainly t's and capris and a sweater for night. Layers are key. Crowds-all over the place! Our first MK was supposed to be a 9. It was not recommended but it was my DD 5th bday so we went. The crowds were not bad and it ended up to be a 4, according to touring plans. The next MK day (5 days later) was predicted a 4 and ended up being an 8! The parks were definitely more crowded than we expected but still manageable.
