crowds in OCT?

Howdy,

We normally go to WDW in Sept. but we decided to go in Oct. this year. How are the crowds this time of year? We will be there 10/18-10/25. This is the week after Columbus Day.

October is one of our favorite times to go; crowds are moderate, temps are great, and the Food & Wine Festival is a plus!! Also, consider Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, especially if you've never been.

Since you're arriving after the Columbus Day week-end, you shouldn't have any trouble with crowds. But the weather can be unpredictable: On our last October trip, we didn't see a single drop of rain. On the other hand, in October 1997, it rained ten out of ten days!

Wear a lime green ribbon and maybe we'll see ya there; we're at WDW the 17th thru the 27th.
