Crowds Christmas week and Express Pass

I will be there Presidents Day week this year. I hope the crowds are at least bearable.

We have dinner reservations each night, but we were planning on quick service for lunch. We have a suite so breakfast will be in the room. How hard will it be for lunch quick serve?
If you avoid the HP quick service and don't go at peak times, it was pretty quick. Every time we walked by Leaky or Three Brooksticks there was a line just to get to the door of the restaurant. Same with the ice cream place. The Simpsons area also was crazy busy during meals. The Seuss area and the superhero areas were more moderate.

We've been there twice during that week but it was pre-Covid. Never once had to make reservations, but this time all of our dinners at least are reserved. We've never done quick serve since Covid, but before, it was not a problem at all. I've heard that now, the lines are pretty bad and you really need to do mobile ordering, and even then it can get hinky. When we were there in December, all the outdoor kiosk type places had HUGE lines (like the taco truck), but the indoor stuff didn't look too terrible. Eat in off-hours, tide yourself over with snacks, and try to find the places off the beaten path (we got our Butterbeer in Diagon Alley, the little wagons in Hogsmeade had 45 minute lines, we waited all of 5 minutes!) For some reason, the Today Show place never has a line but I hear it's one of the better places in the park.
