What are the crowds like around mothers day? I am going to have to come in april 2012, Easter falls in the begining of the month, I would definatly avoid that time, perhaps we can try a week or two after easter or perhaps just pushing it to mothers day weekend. Any thoughts?

I've gone a few years the first week of May and the crowds are pretty good. I'd say moderate, but totally manageable. You still need FP's for the majors like Soarin' TSM, ect....but most other rides are under 30 minutes with some walk-ons. I love early May.

As for April, it doesn't matter so much anymore when Easter is, school breaks don't go by that now. Alot of schools have set break weeks now no matter when Easter is. The 2nd or 3rd week of April is still considered Spring Break time and is going to be pretty crowded.

We stuck around for 3 days after the PCC 1.0 cruise just after mother's day in 2009. The crowds were not bad at all and Epcot never looks better then during the flower and garden show. I'm not into horticulture but still love the show so it isn't just for garden enthusiasts at all.

That helps alot for me. Hoping all goes well our second child will be born the first week of April this year, we took our son to wdw when he turned 1 so I want to do the same for the next child. I won't go for the exact date so perhaps late march or early may. I know this is WAY early but I enjoy planning and it keeps my mind off pregnancy anxiety. Mothers day seems like a fun idea but I also have to see what my older one is up to in school, he will be in kindergarden. Thanks for the input guys!!
