Crowds and weather in October

Planning to visit around 10/21/2001, what can we expect? Long lines? Hurricanes?

We've been going every October for the last 4 years. The lines are short during weekdays and only a little worse on the weekends. Most rides have 10 minute waits except hulk and spidey which can reach 30-40min. Let's hope that FOTL is still in place for hotel guest. The weather is warm with highs 85-90 during the day and 75-80 at night. It may be warmer the first part of the month and cooler towards the end. You may expect an afternoon thunderstorm which cools things off and usually only last 30 minutes. Towards the end of October they celebrate Halloween with a teen/adult party which may be a little shocking for the little ones. I think that October is a perfect month to go!!!
