It is extraordinarily crowded. It is so crowded that people are almost all you see. It isn't like in the winter, when you can walk around and look at things. It is just people, people, people. End of August is better, though.I've never been to Florida in August - in fact I said I never would go, but there was this opportunity..... so I'll be at the parks 8/16-8/20. It is supposedly a "value" time - perhaps many will be getting ready for school, so what should expect crowd wise at this time??
I would avoid the EMH park(s) and if one of the remaining ones had EMH the day before, pick that.mainly which park on which days?
It is unbelievably hot and humid. Just so HOT and HUMID. It's the kind of heat/humidity that you can't "good mood" your way around. It's is almost unbearable. Also, I know it will be sultry and hot, but how bad are we talking - up to 90 I'm good - after that I'm looking for AC attractions.
True and false. Sometimes they come and go, sometimes it rains for hours, once in a while it rains all day long.I've always read that Florida rains come and go quickly in summer - also true or false?
The folks who say, "It only rains for 20 minutes" are wrong.
