Last year the parks were not too bad. I don't think we waited more than 20 minutes for any ride. The restaurants were pretty full but that was thanks to the free dining. I wouldn't worry too much about crowds.

I agree with Fast Pass. 9/9 thru 9/17 it was pretty much dead in the parks but the restaurants were full due to the free dining. The only day the crowds picked up was the 17th, which was a Sat. We went to MK before our flight out and waited over an hour for the dd's to get pixie dust in their hair. Lines for characters were long in the circle on Main St and there were characters there that we hadn't seen at all the wk before. Don't know about the ride waits, we didn't try any that morning.
