We are going on a last minute trip to Disney next week and heard it might be very crowded due to spring break in certain states. I heard New Jersey has off. What do you think the crowds will be like next week? thanks.

I don't THINK so...

Spring Breaks are just about OVER (the school year, in most places, is actually not too far from ending.)

But the crowds WILL swell by at least TWO guests next week...
my DW and I will be there !!! :thumbsup2

Our break is ending this week (Thankfully!!), but we have been in April during break weeks, and we thought the crowds were manageable. The only thing I would warn you about is if there are Grad Nights on Friday and Saturday, don't plan to go to MK on Sunday. It will be mobbed.

Have a great time!

We'll be there too!! The only state I have heard about being on their break that week is Mass. Everyone else seems to have already had their break, inluding us. When planning(researching & asking lots of questions) this trip I found that this should be a great week to go.

Don't know about the entire state but Southern New Hampshire schools are on break next week. A lot of kids at my school are going to Disney!

I'm in NJ, and I personally know dozens of families going - however, not every town here is on break.

Oh no! Don't tell me that. I'm going to MK on Sunday.

I don't know the Grad Night schedule this year, but I can tell you that the Sunday after Friday and Saturday Grad Nights when I was there was crazy at MK.

MA had the break this week, so you won't have to worry about us.

I was kind of surprised that my friend told me their spring break in NJ is so late in the year. Still excited to go though! liamandcaili, thanks for the info about grad nights, i forgot that kids in Florida will be getting out soon. Here in NY my dd is going til the end of June.

As far as I can tell (and, yeah, I've been researching it) SOME Jersey schools will be having their break this coming week but most have already been on break.
New Hampshire is the only northeast state yet to have its break and while a lot of us seem to be going down we're kind of a small group so I don't think you'll notice us that much.;)

hav'n fun !!

I just check on the Disney website and it says the Magic Kingdom is closed early this upcoming friday night. I guess its because of Grad nights.

I've heard they're anticipating the busiest week of the year and will be closing all the parks early to new entries. :scared: I highly suggest that anyone who can should reschedule their trip.

'cause I want the parks all to myself!

Seriously, I don't think it will be that bad, but I'm a first tripper and don't have anything to compare it to. Hope you have a great time! :goodvibes

And I get to go to WDW with Robo...I feel so speeshul! :upsidedow

we were there this time last year, and we're again leaving this Sunday for this years trip...........the crowds are not 'bad' by any means, but it is moderately busy. On the other hand, the stories of the MK being crazy Sunday are completely true, lol.

To add another warning, Epcot on Friday will look like a football game letting out when MK shuts down early----wall-to-wall people.

Oh no! I don't want to hear that MK is going to be really bad on Sunday! We're probably gonna go to mgm, then park hop to mk for spectro and wishes!

You all have me a little nervous about MK being so busy this Sunday. We are planning on doing MK sunday, because of the EMH. Let's just pray that the graduates have a change of heart and we'll all have the park to ourselves this Sunday. I'm getting so pumped to go. I can't wait !!!:woohoo: Have a Bippity Boppity Time !!!!!:wizard:
