Crowd levels a 2, do I need G+

We arrive in Orlando on Sunday, 9/15 about 8:30am. We are staying at CB and plan to drop bags and hop on a bus to MK. It's me (57), DD (29) and her finance 36) so no small kids. Planning on being in MK by 1pm. It closes early for MNSSHP so we only have until 6pm to do everything. We move fast. Crowd levels are predicted to be a 2 per Touring Plans. Do you think I need G+? Tron is the main attraction. I have no issues getting ILL. I don't have an issue getting G+ either if it's necessary. We plan to park hop to Epcot for dinner.

Will this be your only MK day? If so I would purchase G* and stack. The lines won’t be very long on a party day but considering you’re trying to do as much as possible in 5 hours and purchasing it is an option, I’d say go for it. Another reason why is you’ll only have 3 hours until the park opens for party guests and the lines will begin to grow.

I agree! Stacking and overlapping return times allows for very efficient riding in a limited amount of time.

When I went to last year's party, the crowds prior to the official start were crazy. The ride cms said that it was the busiest they were all day. At 430 people mover had a 30 minute wait. I would get genie plus and stack.

Do get an ILL for Tron and realize it will still be a time suck. Hiking in and out of that ride is anything but quick.

Even Disney has NO idea how many locals with AP's will show up on any given day. What sort of magical formula would some 3rd party use to predict the future 3 months in advance? I certainly wouldn't base any of my park plans on that.

I agree that a since Covid, I would not rely on crown predictors. It seems always busy. But APs are not an unknown. We still need park reservations and they can still be capped.

Various ticket types do/don't require a park reservation. I believe during covid everyone needed one. For the ones that currently don't need an advance reservation, Disney won't know which day or park you plan to visit ahead of time. I doubt Disney shares any reservation info with 3rd parties.
