WHich park might be the least crowded on a typical Saturday? I'm looking at Mar 5th. I'd like to go without waiting all day in line.

I agree. Saturdays are the busiest days - hand down. Epcot is the largest park - better able to absorb the saturday crowds....

Epcot - there may be thousands of folks there, but you won't necessarily see them unless you all decide to visit Italy at the same time!
