Crowd averse kid! Hungry bear fantasmic dining package... Does it "feel" less crowded??

hello,
We are considering the hb dining package for fantasmic. I have read the threads about the view and not having to fight for a spot, etc. what I am really wondering about... Do these dining packages help with the crammed in like sardines feeling? We have three young kids and one of them is a little sensitive to crowds (and honestly I get a bit uncomfortable myself). I am wondering if having a saved spot and limited number of people helps with that or will be still be bumping into people and unable to move. If anyone has done the package and could provide some details that would really help us decide if a dining package is right for us and worth the extra cost. Thanks so much!!

I think it depends on how many people bought the package that particular night but I have done Hungry Bear twice and I did not feel crowded. You are sitting next to people but we were not squished together.

I agree that it depends on the number of people who bought the package for the night. I took my son on a very busy day and it was fine until about 20 minutes before the show when they had everyone scoot up to accommodate the people with the package that showed up late. They almost couldn't fit everyone in the designated area.

If you get to the location early enough and sit on a blanket that gives you a boundary, you should be able to reserve some personal space.

I like the idea of having a "boundary" so maybe my son can have a little bit of a personal bubble. The squishing in makes him so nervous

I have claustrophobia issues, so I can understand the nervousness over squishing. Another option is to get there early enough to sit in the front row. If you manage that, it won't feel so enclosed since the only thing in front of you would be the railing.

That's a good idea! At least one side will not feel like people crushing in lol!

They have stroller parking near the seating areas.
