I just order the Crop in Style P3, that is the cart that holds 12 x 12 paper and rolls. It's on sale at Scrapbooking Warehouse for 70.00!!! It sells in the store for $129.99, I was going to buy it with my Michael's coupon, but this way comes out cheaper since there is no tax and shipping is only $4.99. It's a great deal for anyone who has tons of paper like me, just wanted to let all of you know! The site is: Scrapbooking-warehouse.com
I can't wait to get it!!!!

I have had mine for about two months now...I emptied out three CIS paper takers into it...I just leave it in my van now(I have other paper in the house!)

I am happy for you. Thanks for pointing this web site out to me.

Pauline,
Please tell us more about this and the amount of paper it can hold. When it is in the upright position with all that paper are the
shelves sturdy enough to support all that paper? Before I buy this I need to make sure that it will hold a lot of paper or would
a better choice be that Cropper Hopper thing on wheels that has
the 12 x 12 hanging files. I need something to store a lot of product in for crops because I sell at these events and I am just starting to offer open stock paper, so I really appreciate your advice. One other question, when the tote isn't popped up and it is squished together could you measure in inches the width of the maximum amount of paper one of these would hold. Here's another thanks for taking the time to do this for me :)
Happy Easter!

Hi Kim!
I am not Pauline but i saw your questions and may have some answers. I received my P3 about 3 weeks ago and so far i love it!

I believe according to the manufacturer, the P3 can hold 40-50 pounds of paper. I measured the max amount of paper one shelf could hold when it is collapsed and it looks like about 1 1/4 inches reasonably comfortably. Each shelf has a small hole in the bottom of the front so you can press your finger in to pop the paper stack up and take the it out (since each shelf is made with the plastic as a ridge around the edge so the paper doesn't slide out). One problem with this design is that the bottom shelf doesn't allow you to do this. I have read of a few solutions to this problem. One person simply took a piece of scrap cardstock, folded it around the stack of paper kept on the bottom and then can lift out the whole stack at once when desired. Another person placed a piece of 12x12 cardboard on the bottom of the bottom shelf and glued a length of ribbon to it; then when she wants to take the paper out of the bottom shelf she simply pulls the ribbon up.

I don't have mine stuffed full, but it does seem quite sturdy. But one thing to know is that they say "the hard surface top can be used as a table" but the top seems to be hard cardboard covered in the same fabric as the outside of their bags. It is certainly sturdy enough to hold a few light things (i usually keep my paper trimmer and scrap papers that i am working with on top), but not sturdy enough to hold much more than that.

Now, as a shopper at crops, i think the other system would be better (the cropper hopper with hanging file folders) if that is what you use to display your paper. I like being able to flip through the files at a crop to see what is available. The P3 would be a bit more difficult to see the papers available. (just my opinion).

HTH!
