Oh it's not the nubbies, I realized that it's the socks. I've gotten different socks since the last time, and the ones I have now are better, less rough inside.
The problems were also b/c I only brought that one pair of socks, assuming I could switch into my Sauconys later, but then with drenched socks I couldn't really do that, either.
And of course I shouldn't be wearing MJs anyway, since I have wide feet, and they don't fit the way Crocs should fit...but the normal ones make my feel look like donald duck!
Fashion is the least thing on my mind, never has been, since I left the teen years. In college my idea of fashion was wearing funky things...I got the Dee-Lite Groovy Dresser award from my RA senior year of college, b/c of my periwinkle blue dress and rust orange tights combo I loved so much.

I dress for comfort (when I don't I pay for it) and to please my eyes and that's it!

(I know this makes no sense with the above paragraph, but having hobbit feet is hard enough, and making them even wider doesn't please my eyes!)
