I'm looking for a pair of Crocs. I'm not a fan of the regular ones (I know they are comfortable, but I think they look like clown shoes!) I see they have ones called Celeste, that are kindof strappy. There are also ballet flat types etc. What kind do you buy? Are they just as comfortable as the old standby?

I say, who cares about looks when comfort is the number 1 priority when touring the parks? Mickey is going to think you're cute in clown shoes :D

If you are thinking of getting a different kind of croc for a trip, I would purchase before hand, then spend the day shopping in them, that way you will kind of see the comfort level.

I'm going to buy the athens this year for our trip before i got the beach and caymans (ya know the clown shoes) dh hates them with a ton and begged me to get a neutral color (not bright pink i got last year LOL)... so this year i'm going to give thoes a try ... I haven't ordered them yet though... really should though since we are leaving in less then 2 months!!! LOL

I have the Athens in black and lime green with a hot pink footbed. These are very comfortable. I wore them all summer nad even some in the colder months. I hate shoes, but would wear these all day everyday if I could. I also have the Mickey Crocs and a red pair of the Beach.

Love me some Crocs

I think the Cleo style is most comfy and doesn't look like something Bozo would wear. :clown:

I posted this on the Budget Board, but some of you here might be interested in it, too.

If you are looking for new Crocs, Surf and Dirt (http://www.surfanddirt.com/nofear/default.asp?s_id=0&mscssid=TVXQ4AQQ9NS68PU5A1BD62PGKUE5D951) is offering free shipping on all Crocs ordered through 01/28. I have ordered Crocs through Surf and Dirt several times and they have always been very fast with their delivery. Getting a FREE fast delivery is even better!

They also have a brand new women's style in stock called the Malindi (its a cross between the Prima and the Mary Jane) that sells for $29.95. They come in black, cotton candy, mango, pulse (color in photo), silver, and turquois.

I have the chocolate Mary Janes and love them!

Sorry, but I have the Disney Mickey Crocs in red. I couldn't help myself.

I have a few pairs (beach, mary jane, mammoth and one other can't remember the name of) but what I really want now are Athens, my bgf swears by them, she made me promise to try them

Malinidis are cute and I have to look up Celeste now

all hail the crocs

I LOVE the CAPRI flip flops. Much more comfy than the Athens syle to me because they have the microfiber straps. My past to trips to WDW I have worn them all day, every day with not a blister!

Cute color combos too!

I really, really want to order the Minnie Janes for myself and my 2 DD's (12 and 14), especially during this free shipping promo. BUT I am so afraid that I will order the wrong size. We have never bought Crocs before, or even tried them on. Are the Mary Janes as comfortable as the regular Crocs everyone raves about? I normally wear a size 6.5. Should I get a 7 or a 6? I'm so confused. I really want these! I think there is a sporting goods store near us that sells Crocs (but not Mary Janes). Should we all go try a pair on and then come back and order online?

you can go online to the crocs website and print off a size chart and they are very good for crocs sizing, i used it before order ds a pair and mysize is right on

I have always been a croc hater. We just returned from the world, before leaving the weather called for a lot of rain. I do not walk well in flip flops. So I decided to get some crocs. I bought the new Alice crocs they are so cute and and comfy I just loved them.
They look like MaryJanes but don't have the holes.
