I'm going thru a similar dilema.... last October, I wore my Nike's to the parks and for the first time in my life I got blisters on my feet. I had worn these sneakers before at Disney and I had on a pair of very comfortable socks

, so, I have no idea why I got the blisters. The temperatures were in the 80's most days. I decided that for my upcoming trip is 22 days (

) I will leave my sneakers at home. So far, I have bought:
- A pair of Crocs, they are very comfortable, but, they make my feet sweat. I read that some people apply antiperspirant in order to avoid sweaty feet, so, I will try that, I am definately taking them.
- A pair of Born leather thongs. Also, very comfortable, I have worn them to the mall and my feet feel like I'm walking on silk.
_ A pair of Teva Mush flip flops. After reading all the reviews ( Thanks, Aubriee

) I decided I was going to order a pair of these. I ordered them a few days ago, so, I cannot tell you my opinion at this point.
For the first time ever, I'm not taking sneakers, I have been in May before and I know it gets very HOT!! So, my feet are going to be very exposed, I can only hope that no one steps on them!!!
