Crocs RX Relief - anyone have them? (plantar fascilitis)

Are these the same as the "professional" crocks sold as nursing shoes?

No, they are different. The “Professional’s” are geared towards works shoes, primarily in the medical field, The “Relief, Cloud, and Silver Cloud” are for patients with foot pains from Diabetes, heal spurs, falling arches, etc.

I love my Crocs. I had surgery for my PF in October and have been wearing my crocs ever since. Just wonderful.

As for traveling the "World" I have still opted for the wheelchair as I am afraid of causing damage to the area as it is healing. Its a "just in case" issue.

I just ordered CrocsRX Reliefs by phone from footsmart.com. I paid for express shipping, so they are supposed to be here tomorrow. Woo hoo!

I was going to do this too but what is this that you have to pay for regular AND express shipping? :furious: I'll have to wait until I get back. Thanks for the tip though. I have their catalog and was looking at their splint and rocker thing, but I think I'm going to go with the splint that dashzap recommended!!! I may try a store in Orlando for my crocs too. I wrote down their addresses.

Thanks again everyone for this wealth of information!!!

I wear orthodics in my shoes that my podiatrist made me so it is hard to wear open shoes. But in November when I saw the threads for the disney crocs I was afraid to try them but I did. I actually bought 3 pair. I wear my orthodics in my slippers while I am in the house so I put the orthodics in my crocs and I wear them as slippers and my feet feel great. There is no pain and with the strap in the back my orthodics don't move at all. I bought the thorlo socks and in Jan I plan on wearing my disney crocs everywhere in disney. I will however bring my new balance walking shoes for back up.

Do you have three pairs of the Disney Crocs? How do you like your orthodics? I only have heel cups right now, and I doubt they will stay in crocs...

hi - is there any place i can pay by paypal, have a good online coupon and get them by next wednesday when we leave? im really scared my recent heel pain will riun my trip - although advil and taping my foot on the bottom that special way helps a ton, this will be a worrysome thing for me,,,thanks

CURSES!!! they dont have my color or size!

I was disappointed in the color choice in the Reliefs. Pretty drab choices. I ended up ordering black.

I wear my heel cups and they stay in my Crocs....I don't know why but they do. I also do not use the strap. I even use my Crocs to snorkel in and they stay on my feet in the ocean! They work much better than the usually water shoes.

So, Crocs.com didn't let me know my order was out of stock, they said it had shipped.

Call back to find out it is out-of-stock with no ship date in sight.

So I order the same shoes from a different vendor, paying $$$ for fast shipping. I call crocs.com back to cancel my order. They say it has already shipped. GGGGGggrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

How frustrating is that???? These places can really make your blood boil :furious: with their lack of customer service, can't they? Good luck, I decided to wait until I come back to do anything. I couldn't stand one more stressful thing at this moment.

The Reliefs I ordered from footsmart arrived today. My toes all rub. I am sending them to exchange for next larger size.

These $39.95 shoes are going to end up costing me $125 with all the shipping.

Funny - but - I've had PF for over 2 years now. My doctor says to wear nothing else than my orthotics in New Balance sneakers. I couldn't wear a pair of Crocs if I tried. Good luck to all of you who try them.

Sorry I haven't responded sooner I have been away. I love, love, love my orthodics. I am only 39 years old but being a little overweight I had so much heal pain a couple of years ago but since wearing the orthodics I have no more pain. The key is to wear them all day. I do not walk without them. And they stay in my crocs fine. Good luck.

I couldn't wear Crocs until after my surgery.(which I could shot myself now for waiting so long to have the surgery - WHAT A RELIEF.) If I am only running someplace quick I wear them without my orthodics....if wearing them all day I wear them with my orthodics and love, love, love them.

I still haven't gotten the right size. You'd think Crocs didn't actually want to sell the shoes! :confused3
