I am thinking about getting a pair to wear while teaching since I am on my feet all day. The only thing stopping me is that I don't want to spend a lot on shoes if they can get ruined easily. Since I have never seen them IRL I don't know what they are made of. Are they made of a material that I can scrub paint off of? Or can I get bleach on them without ruining them? Thanks!

They are made of closed cell resin. I have scrubbed and scrubbed mine and they still look great after 8 months of wearing them to death. I CANNOT go a day without them or my feet hurt so bad it's awful, I even have a pair just for in the house.

I've wiped them with bleach wipes and nothing bad has happened to them.

I wear mine almost constantly. I have and switch from color to color and I have wiped them down with wipes and 409 and Paper Towels and never ever had a problem. I love mine. They do make your feet sweat some but they are so worth it.

I clean DD's with ajax with bleach and a toothbrush. A few minutes in the sink and they are good as new. The bleach in the ajax has not hurt them.

We've been back for 2 weeks now and I've Crocs only 2 days....cause I try to "go dressy" for the first few days... My feet have been killing me EVERY day EXCEPT when I wore my crocs! Go for it! :earsgirl:

The correct way to clean them per the crocs website is bleach and water.

That said- I have 2 pair, one navy and one white. I use to stick mine in one of the skimmers in the pool while I was vacumming the pool worked great.

My white ones do get dirty when worn outside, however i can clean them with bleach and water and they look like new right after. I bought both pair in June. My guards have all colors- and they do the same thing as me, stick em in the pool, or use bleach and water.

I noticed my feet do NOT sweat any more in these than they do in sandles. I think its more noticable because the sandles absorb the sweat where the crocs do not. I wore mine to six flags last week, and they were perfect ...feet felt great after a day there.

I'm just not sure what I am going to do once winter gets here, Im not a sandle/sock type person......so im sure not going to be a croc/sock person!

I actually saw these for sale at Dillard's on Saturday in the men's shoe department.

The info at the store where I bought mine (DD works there) said to clean them with armor-all.......I haven't tried it yet though.
I have to agree with all of you.....I LOVE my Crocs too::yes::
My DS9 wears his everyday too :)
