Crocs question

Hi! I wear my crocs, but w/ socks. With jeans or warm-up pants you don't really notice them. I have the black mickey crocs so they tend to go w/ just about everything. I don't like my feet to get sweaty so I that's why I prefer the socks. We wear the low-cut/now show socks and I hope it doesn't look too bad!

Love my crocs. Two years ago wore them entire trip except 1 day, that day my feet and back hurt. Did I mention the blisters? Last year packed my 2 pairs of flip flop crocs and sneakers and shoes. Everytime I went to put on the sneakers or shoes I thought about last years pain and put them back into the suitcase. Before I left WDW I treated myself to a new pair of pink Disney Crocs. For this years trip packing nothing put my CROCS.....................!!!!!
My feet are dancing already:banana:

Love my crocs.. but after the first few hours I developed blisters on the tops of both of my feet. For a few hours, they are fantastice, after that, look out for blisters. I've head that a little vaseline will cure that as well. I may try that technique on our trip in May.

I have the Crocs Athens and the backs where your heels go are curved up slightly at the back of your heel and that gave me terrible blisters on both feet. My heel rubbed on that raised part. I won't wear those ever again! However, I bought a pair of beach Crocs this year so we'll see how it goes with the beaches :)

I want to get some white flip flop crocs. Anyone know where I can get some on sale preferrably. Do the flip flop crocs give blisters too???

I'm a late comer to the Crocs craze. I just recently bought my first pair (pink beach Crocs) and was amazed at the relief they gave me from chronic knee pain. After one day wearing them I was able to go up and down the stairs without the slightest twinge of pain in my knee, something I haven't been able to do in years. I can't wait to try them out in the World when we go in Dec! :woohoo:

I am also a late comer to the crocs. I bought a pair last weekend after reading all the great replys on here. I remember the last time we went and I had all these blisters, I could hardly walk the second day of our trip. I have been wearing them ever chance I get and all I have to say is where have these been all my life. I have always had trouble with my feet and these things are wonderful.

We love our Crocs but I wasn't sure exactly how great they would feel running around Disney all day. We usually just wear our tennis shoes. Let me know if you've worn your Crocs during a full day. Are they just as comfortable all day or do you find yourself getting blisters? Thanks!

I wore my Disney Crocs at DL for a full day and started getting some minor blisters in the early evening.

and I am a Crocololic. And it's serious. All of my previously envied fashion sense has been thrown out the window for comfort. I wear my Crocs with socks in winter (including my Steeler ones during football season), and I wear the Athens flip flops in summer(24/7 in Disney). There! I've said it and I feel much better now!!
:cool1: <---Me with my brown and pink Athens on!

I have worn my Caymans and had a great day with them....perfect, perfect.

Now my Mary Janes that was an entirely different story:scared1:
After running around 10 hours I had the biggest b:scared1:lister on the heel of my foot you could imagine!!!! Not sure this has happened to anyone else but I was miserable the next 5 days and my tennis shoes with socks even killed me.

I have arthritis in my feet so I have to be careful about what shoes I wear and I wore my Crocs all day everyday and they were wonderful. Don't know if this has been mentioned because I didn't read all of the posts but you have to be careful when they get wet because they get really slippery.

I actually broke in my crocs on our last Disney trip. I was okay for the first few days but I think my feet started to swell from all the walking and the heat and the shoes were then hitting in places that they hadn't before. I ended up wearing no show socks but of course they still show when you're wearing Crocs. It may not have looked as good (as if Crocs alone are that good looking) but my feet were fine after that. I second the PP regarding how slippery they get when wet. Be careful after getting off those water rides. They do dry quickly but the first few steps could send you flying.

We (kids and I) wore our crocs for 10 straight days on our last trip to WDW in Aug. They were well broken in b4 we arrived, and none of us had any problems. My Dw still says that they are as ugly as sin, and will not wear them ! I wear mine (I have 2 pairs) all summer. And I'm a Disney dad ! Have fun !! :thumbsup2

I am not sure if anyones else has problems with crocs giving blisters onthe side of the foot by the arch?? DH and DD have terrible problems with that. They both just wear socks to try and fix that problem. Although they still rub Dh's foot after awhile even with the socks. Is that a problem because of the shape of thier feet, or just something they need to break their crocs in through?? I personally have no real issues with them at all, I love them!!

My dh,ds (15 )and I all wore crocs during our 11 days at Disney last year. We each brought 2 pair and alternated each day. My dh wore his new balance sneakers one day and boy was he sorry. His feet got real hot. I personally own 9 pairs of crocs. The least comfortable are my scutes.
They are ugly but nothing is uglier than sore feet.

JUST A QUICK QUESTION I BOUGHT SOME CROCS TODAY uk SIZE 8 THEY FELT FINE WHEN I TRIED THEM ON AND I WALKED IN THEM FINE BUT THEY FELT LIKE THEY WERENT GRIPED ON TO ME ENOUGH ARE THEY MEANT TO FEEL LIKE THAT OR SHOULD I BUY THE LOWER SIZE !! THEY WERE THE CAYMAN ONES.

KIND REGARDS X

Both my kids had trouble in exactly that spot with the off-brand "Crocs" I got them summer before last. Last year I got the real deal (although it hurt me to pay that much for rubber shoes!!) and they've had no problem. Could it be a style issue? DD got the Mary Jane style this year and loves them - again no blister issues

I bought a pair of knock off crocs and wore one on one foot and an original croc on the other. I walked around the house for about half an hour. The foot in the knock-of was wet with sweat...the other foot was fine. Needless to say I returned the knock-offs.
Crocs are supposed to fit big...with your toe pushed to the end you should have an inch left at the heel.
The crocs site will tell you how they should fit www.crocs.com

I have to admit I was wrong....I bough the mary janes in chocolate and they are actually slightly cute:) My regular crocs make my feet look like boats..but the MJ's are much cuter. I've been wearing them around the house and they are really comfy too. I tried on the flip flops and the other sandals but they just didn't feel right. I felt like my foot was slipping off of them and thought they'd give me shin splints.
