Crocs MaryJanes, anyone?

I bought the Mary Jane style of Crocs last week at the Journeys store in the Mall of America.

So did I!!! What are the chances of that? We should wear lime green mickeys at MOA!

I went and tried on the Mary Janes today at the mall.

I typically wear an 8.5-9, but the 9 felt small and the 10 was a little loose. Just wanted to pass that on.

I just got my MJs for our Dec trip. My local dept store has been selling out very fast so I decided I'd better not wait till the last min. I wear a size 8 and the 8's fit great.

I have the black mj's. I have had a bout of plantar fascitis this summer and have only been able to wear crocs. I felt so selfconscious because I work in a professional office adn wearing my fuscia crocs was slightly conspicuous!

Anyway, as soon as I heard about the mj's I ran out and got a pair. The 8 was a little small and the 9 was way too big, so I got the 8 and did the dryer trick to them. They fit now, but they are really not as comfortable as my beach pairs. I feel the back strap needs to be a little bit thicker. Also the heel does not go as far up or something and they feel more like a slide. I do wear them to work, but I wish I could go back to my beach. The beach feel better and are more cushy and better on my arch, as another poster has already said.

I had the same problem. I ordered an 8 and a 9 from the Web site, and neither fit right. The Caymans don't fit me either. I wear a perfect 8.5, so the Beach models are my best fit.

On another note, I preordered my red Disney Crocs. I wanted a pair of the pink ones, but I already have a pair of pink crocs. Should have ordered the pearl/pink...

I just got a pair of the black MJ's for my birthday from my hubby (who remembered that I said I wanted some!) - I LOVE LOVE LOVE them. They are super comfy and they DON'T make my feet look gartantuan. I wear size 9's and I have a pair of LIME GREEN Crocs (I think they are Caymans) - and they are comfy but they make my feet look huge.

Crocs are everywhere and it seems like everyone and their brother has a pair (plus the knockoffs are everywhere too) - I like the comfort but I like that the MJ's are "new" and different looking. I have noticed that when I wear them (the new Mary Janes) I can see (out the corner of my eye) other women ogling and talking about my shoes (in envy - not like "wow those shoes are UGLY!" and I've had people come up to me and ask me about them. It's a great feeling to be wearing something that everyone really likes (but does not have!).

My dh bought them at Parisian and he said the sales person said they were a "hot commodity" and they couldn't keep them in stock! They are selling for over retail price on ebay as well.......I want to get my girls some little girls Mary Janes - that's all they wear to school on non-PE days......

I also notice alot of women looking at my shoes and making comments like, "Those are cute."
I was in Old Town San Diego on Sunday, and one of the girls working in a shop asked me where she could get them! I gave her all the info, probably more than she needed.

Some women were talking about my Crocs at Target last week too. They hated them! I overheard them, they didn't tell me directly. I had on my Niles.

Good to hear! I just ordered a pair of Mary Janes in the burgundy color! Not sure what I'm going to wear them with... LOL! but they looked so cute.
