That's one of my favorite features about Croc's. My first pair was purchased just for a trip to WDW. It rained some portion of every day on that trip. When the rain stopped, I just took some papertowels and dried them out. As soon as you do that, they're completely dry, not damp, but really dry. Another plus is that the material they're made of won't support the growth of bacteria or odor.
I don't have a problem w/ them staying on during rides, but my DD does. Her feet are very narrow and she says she "just feels like" they're going to fall off. She usually takes them off when she rides something where her feet will be dangling. I never do.
