crocs cleos?

I have a pair of crocs scutes which are the most comfortable shoes, but I find they look more like a mans sandal. I love the look of the croc cleos, but are they comfortable. I have a size 8 in my scutes but they are cut wider and I was wondering if I get the cleos should I also get an 8. Thanks, Linda

I just got a pair of cleo crocs. I wear a size 10, and I needed a size ten in the cleo's due to length--not width. Although I haven't had a chance to wear them yet, I noticed they seem a little wider and I'm wondering if they're going to be harder to walk in. They are cute, though! Good luck!

I live in my cleos! Most comfortable shoe ever! they do tend to "grow" after a while, but a couple minutes in the dryer will usually fix that. Enjoy!

I have Cleo's and I love them! I wore them all over Disney and Universal and never had a problem at all. I have a black pair and am seriously considering getting another color. I usually wear a 9.5, and got the 10 and they fit me perfectly.

I have bought Crocs for me and my dd. I have a ? regarding the fit.

My crocs are loose around the front, about a 1/2 inch in the back. So they seem loose everywhere except for across the instep where it feels slightly snug. i am afraid to go a size bigger and flop around. Do the Crocs stretch somewhat or after wearing them does your foot fit lower in the shoE?(does that make sense )

My feet do swell slightly after walking .

I have EVERY color of the Cleo's (much to DH's dislike). They are the best! I wore them at WDW last spring and all summer long. I usually wear an 8 1/2, but wear the 9, due to the length also. I also have a very high instep and keep trying on the Patra's, but they don't stretch like the Cleo's do. I pull on the bigger strap carefully, just like they say to do for the regular crocs.

I have never had any problems and get a lot of compliments on them. When I wore them to WDW last spring, I was concerned because 1) I never usually do a lot of walking without something with a heel strap and 2) I never usually do a lot of walking period! lol

I tried to like the thongs (between the toes) but I just can't get used to those, even though I love the green & pink colored ones.

I usually where a size 8 1/2 in closed shoes and an 8 in sandals I don't like a lot of extra space in length in a sandal, I'm mostly concerned with tightness in the straps but I guess I could stretch them a little. Crocs has another new style that are like the cleos but the strap is criss cross, they are very cute. I've only seen them on crocs.com. Linda

The new ones with the criss-cross are called Adara. I just ordered a pair today. Can't wait to get them.

I already ordered the Adara and sent them back. There is too much room at the front of the shoe and my foot kept slipping through the straps so my toes were hanging off the front edge. Not good.

I am on my second round of cleos! Wore them for the first time in WDW last May and never took them off. It's like walking on air! No breaking in period at all. I just bought 2 new pairs, the black/lavender and another pair of the brown/cotton candy (getting ready for summer).

Do the Cleos fit or do they tend to flop on your foot some? I only ask because I have the regular Croc flip flops and they flop enough that I think they would rub a blister and also irritate between my toes. Any thoughts or suggestions are appreciated!

Mine never flopped at all. As far as the colors go, I have just replaced the white/celery with a new pair (wore them out last year) and now I have:

white/celery
pink/orange
aqua/turquoise
brown/pink
black/lavender
khaki/khaki

I wish they would come out with red in this style!!!

I just looked on the croc's site...they have a couple of new styles that are really neat looking. There is a new "sporty"Adara, Patra, and a Womens Santa Cruz.
The Patra and new style Adara are the more comfortable looking.
Wonder how they come up w/those names?!

I just got mine in the mail yesterday and I am sending them back also. The straps at the front are too loose and my foot kept slipping through.

I was really interested in the new "adaras", but may think twice after hearing so many didn't like them. My second choice were the cleos!
I do know they have the cleos at shoebuy for $29 something with no tax or shipping.

To the OP who have multiple colors of cleos.....which colors do you find you wear the most??

Since I've already worn out one pair of the white/celery, I would have to say I wear them the most. Although, since they came out with the khaki, it's more like a tan color & I think those will get quite a bit of wear also.

It pretty much depends on what your wardrobe is like. I have LOTS of colors, but since the white pretty much goes with whatever, that must be why I'm on my second pair of them.

It's too bad the Adara's don't fit right, they are really cute & I really wanted the red & bronze ones. Maybe they'll make the cleo's in those colors now.

I was thinking of ordering the choc. cleos for starters and then if I like them, I know I would want the white and the black ones. Can you see a pattern here.....I wear alot of earthtones, black and white..even in the summer.
