At a 7.5, I'd suggest going for an 8 or and 8-9 depending on the way they are sized.

Keep in mind that when you stand with your crocs on, you should not be touching the sides or top of the shoe and you should be able to fit your fingers between your heel and the strap. They should not be fitted to your feet as this pretty much defeats the purpose of them and will probably cause blisters.
