Crocs & Bare Minerals!

Well this is a week of firsts for me.

I have purchased my first pair of Crocs -- purple Beach style. My! My feet look huge!!

I also ordered Bare Minerals. You all have raved about this line and I am anxiously awaiting its arrival!

Guess I'm ready to go to WDW now! Maybe I should pack first though...

I love love love the Bare Minerals make-up! It is the only make-up that I've found that holds up in the FL humidity (and is SO easy to apply)

As for the Crocs, hmmm.... I admit, it is very tempting for me to buy a pair for my trip since everyone (at least it seems everyone) raves about them. I actually went to a store on Friday and picked up a pink pair and held them for a minute in my hands before putting them right back on the rack - LOL! I just can't seem to try a pair on!! But they made it into my hands at least this time! Before, I would always walk by the displays shaking my head...

I'm wearing my crocs right NOW and I just ordered Bare Minerals YESTERDAY!! I love it when I order something and await it's arrival. I just KNOW it's going to make me look like the 20 year old size 6 I used to be!

I just bought my first "croc" like shoes at Payless this weekend...
There was a lady there trying them on and she said they feel just like Croc's for a lot less money...
I decided to give them a try...they are very comfortable...I ended up with a black pair and a cool pink pair...

I've got 2 pair of Crocs and lots of Bare Minerals. I love them both. I've had my Crocs about a year and have been using BE since October. I'm not sure if I'd have either of them if it weren't for these boards.

It took me 3 trys to buy my Crocs I thought I would never give up my Birkenstocks. I LOVE THE CROCS! Its amazing how comfortable they are. I don't care how ugly they are I'm in foot heaven.

People have been raving about how comfortable they are. But you're right - they are NOT an attractive shoe by any means!!! Which is why I have yet to get myself to even try on a pair. I really don't want to walk around out in public looking like I have clown feet...

It is now my turn to LOL at your post! Yes, they are ugly and yes they are comfortable. Very comfortable. My whole family and the family we are travelling with now have them. My sis says we look like dorks. Ah, but we are dorks going to Disney so who's laughing now?? I actually think they are so ugly that they have turrned the corner and have become cute. Make sense?

Mermaid02 -- Are you implying that Bare Minerals can make us look thinner too? Hmmm. May need to purchase some more and cancel my Weight Watchers subscription!

I am going to buy a pair and wear them to the pool....that wont be too much of a fashion nightmare...and I may get use to the look and venture out in them this summer.

Crocs and bare escentuals are my 2 favorite things, besides Disney.........ever. I have 3 pair of crocs...orange, yellow and black. My kids each have 2 pair and my husband has 1 pair. I won't even tell you how much BE I own, , lets just say I LOVE the stuff. If you ever get a chance to visit a BE boutique, go. They will give you a free "make-under" and write down everything they used for a reference.

I love my bare minerals! It is the best feeling makeup I have ever tried and I love that it is so good for your skin that you can sleep in it. Some nights you really just dont feel like washing your face and spending time to take it off. I'd highly recommend it and I'll never go back to the liquid foundations again...

About these Crocs shoes. I havent heard of them, I must see these ugly, bright colored, feel good shoes. Where online can I look at them. I'm always up for laughing at an ugly pair of shoes...LOL
