Crocs at disney please read!!!!

We just came back last night from a quick 2 night trip and myself and dd both wore our crocs Monday to MK. We did not wear socks and that was my mistake. About 2pm I was in one of the shops buying socks. I was starting to get a little sore spot where it was rubbing my foot on top. Once I put the socks on I didn't have anymore problems. Dd said her's never bothered her. We spent 13 hours in the park that day and my feet didn't hurt nearly as much as they have in the past in tennis shoes. I will definitely take them again in June when we go but will wear socks with them.

Just bought a pair of Islander Crocs. They are great for around the house or out on the town. Cant wait to go to WDW.

Can I ask a question? Did you break in the Crocs for a couple months before your trip?

I would like to know that too, because I just my daughters and me some crocs for our upcoming trip. We'll have a month and a half to break them in, but if you did that and they still got horrible blisters, I will have to make sure I bring a backup to the parks.

When I went on my honeymoon, I brought one pair no new shoes. Boy did I regret that decison. I got a pair of water shoes to wear around the resort.

Just a reiteration: different shoes for different feet! I'd only worn my Crocs to the grocery store once or twice, same with my DS, before we wore them all day at WDW. No problems for us at all! :thumbsup2 In fact, after that day, my DS wouldn't wear his sandals anyway - he only wanted his Crocs.

I would think you could get it at any pharmacy, Walmart, etc. The brand I use is Dr. Scholl's - sold in the foot care section. It's pretty common, you shouldn't have a problem finding it.

That is bad news :rotfl2: :rotfl2: That means I can't go back to the states and go shopping:lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

Thanks for the information.:yay:

They did break them in but not long because of the snow. So they were only worn in the house.
